Project ORCA

The year is 3004 and the universe is more alive than ever—inhabited regions, stretching across a third of the entire Milky way, offer humanity new ways to live their lives. The Intergalactic Council, composed of representatives from each key planet, oversees and enforces the law.

And on places your average police officer won't step foot, is where Project ORCA comes to play. This team of secret agents works with each member's unique strenghts to overcome challenges and succesfully carry out their missions.

In this pilot issue of the comic, you’ll get a glimpse into this crew’s routine mission; there’s been a theft at ORCA headquarters, and your task is to recover the stolen goods and teach the petty thief a lesson—discreetly and without causing any trouble. What tactics will our crew choose?

This comic is my graduation project and I've been actively developing it since January 2026. It is my biggest illustration project to date and it was the first time i worked on a bigger project all by myself (I have prior experience with projects like these with our small gamedev team, but I've never had a leading role either). While tedious and chaotic at times, I'm glad I chose this as my graduation project, because it taught me a lot about my workflow and the responsibility of a lead role. 

I don't plan on continuing this comic after the pilot release, as it was more of a "proof of concept" to me and I would like to focus on game development more. I did write a lot of worldbuilding for this so I might reuse this setting in the future.
